A custom-made case to display a baseball alongside a horizontal-format baseball card. The holder can accommodate up to a 70 pt. card. Great for displaying game-used swatch/bat cards to go along with an autographed baseball. Custom made from crystal clear lucite and attractive oak.

Backstory: 20 some years ago, at the height of our collecting, we wanted to display quite a view signed baseballs together with baseball cards that were in horizontal format. But no manufacturer had any on the market, only holders for vertical cards. So, we bought a bunch of the vertical card format and had a local shop remove the vertical plastic holder and install an Ultra-Pro 1/2" Lucite Horizontal Holder that can hold thick cards up to 70 pts. The holder we used was Ultra Pro Stock #81346. Most have been used only once...holding a ball and card for anywhere from 5-15 years.

The original cost was the retail purchase price of the ball/card display (approx. $10) the lucite holder (approx $8-10) and the cost to customize (approx. $10) for a package of around $25-$30 per display. ShowCase Concepts is selling them at a fraction of the cost and hope they can help others with the display needs for their collection.
